Respected Chairman,

We would like to take this moment to express our gratitude and sincere thanks to you and your hospital staffs who treated, monitored and helped my mother during her time in your esteemed hospital. Initially my mother was admitted at MIOT for Atypical Pneumonia in the MICU ward under Dr. Mahadevan G. R – Critical Care Physician. Patient and good care was provided for my mother by the MICU staffs. We were provided with clear counseling and detailed debriefing everyday by Dr. GeethaDevi. PRO of the respective ward – Mr. Thygaesh  also provided a very good support. In a weeks’ time my mother was admitted again in the Private ICU – International block for Steven Johnson Syndrome. We were been informed for 3-4 weeks of care for the Syndrome effects to wear-off; Dr. Mahadevan provided us the details on the treatments and also He and his team was so patient enough to explain each and every doubt and questions we had regarding the treatment and sickness. We would like to mention that Dr. Mahadevan, Dr. Sabari Jayaram, Dr. Ajay Babu R, Dr. Mohamed Kassim and the entire critical care Doctor’s team gave excellent care and treatment. My mom being a retired staff nurse shared that she had the best care received. The Dermatologist Dr. S Sugandhan and team played a key role as well in treating my mother with care, love and patience. Special mention on the Physio department staffs, Nurses and helpers who took care of mom. They were very kind and took good care of mom in helping to bathe, eat ,help her to walk and recover faster than the expected time. PRO Punitha was very supportive and helpful during this time. We always sensed the positive vibes from the Doctors and the PRO’s helped us to stood strong during this critical period.

We are very happy that we were treated at MIOT a world class hospital . We believe through the Grace of God and the excellent love and care from your esteemed hospital we as a family were able to recover from such a critical sickness. Our Sincere thank you to you and to the entire team who treated my Mom.
