Dear Chairman,

I have a chronic GI problem which has been untreated properly because other doctors/hospitals never take the care to determine what the true cause of my symptoms are. I am often met with judgment and a quick diagnosis followed with unnecessary medication, however, that was not the case in MIOT. I was so pleasantly surprised! I only wished I had come here sooner.

I am writing to tell you how grateful I am that I visited your esteemed hospital last week. Your facility was beautifully maintained with international hygiene standards. Janice was so warm and took care of us like royalty. The bed side manner of all your doctors was reminiscent of the treatment that I have experienced in America. I was put at ease just speaking to them. The competency of you and your team was awe inspiring, and I couldn’t have been more lucky that your hospital was recommended to us. Everything has been thought out carefully so that your patients and their family experiences the highest comfort and level of care. From the design, staff and hygiene from top to bottom I could have not been more impressed!

This letter is given to you to let you know that I am so very impressed with your institution. I have often heard of your hospital used as an example of a stellar business with the right people but I now know that all that I have heard is true!
