Definitely a great experience, though I am comparing with the hospitals and doctors from north India. But apart from that the overall experience is great right from the OPD first day to the day of discharge after medical procedure. The quality to deal with the patient is extraordinarily patient friendly. Above all the internal training to the nursing staff and doctors is of highest quality. My personal attendant Mr. Santosh has taken care of everything i needed, Dr. Mohammad Mansoor who attended me first in OPD, Dr. Vignesh who has given me new life, Dr Jaishankar who has motivated me a lot during the procedure, Dr Veena and her team of Doctors in the ICU the Nurses in ICU and in ward are needs special mention, very special is Doctor Sayeed Fatima who explain me post discharge life style and medication and of course the PRO, the housekeeping staff, the food division, billing all needs appreciation. My special regards to the Chairman madam and Dr. Prithvi Mohandas Managing Director who has kept watch on my well being at every point. They visited me as often and assured of my recovery. over all a great experience. Wishing all the best to the staff and managers.
