Dear Madam,

Greetings !!!

I am amazed that every time I am at MIOT I walk away with a richer and greater feeling of satisfaction that my decision to come to MIOT was the best and only option. Your signature which says “Putting patients first”, is very true & apt.

While the entire staffs has been giving great care, I would really like to pen down a few names who made the difference to make my stay very comfortable and a feeling of genuine care. Maybe you have some award / reward program which helps recognise such great souls.

ICU – Sisters Kalai Vani, Monica, Tilaka & Priya – absolute gems
Melvin – ICU Physiotherapist – the best I have seen in MIOT so far and another gem.
A very special mention of Ayah’s especially Sudha who works tirelessly and having patients comfort first. Malar and Selvi had their own special contribution. Bless them all.
Sister Elizabeth and Physiotherapist Kavitha.
PRO Sajini who ensured that everything was taken care however small the complaint.

A very special mention of Dr. Prithvi’s secretary Deepa whose help and support was seamless and smooth throughout from admission to discharge and many small gestures that baffled me and strengthened my belief that I had come to the best hospital despite my association with MIOT for the last 21 years. I dare not go anywhere else and never will.

And last but not the least, Dr. Prithvi – whose the best doctor I’ve come across and whom I completely trust knowing I am in safe hands. Can’t find words to express. Only appreciation & blessings.

Thanks to all the other staff who have directly or indirectly helped me during my stay at MIOT and to you Maa’m and Dr. Mohandas who are the pillars of MIOT.
