I would like to express my sincere gratitude to MIOT for the excellent treatment provided to my mom Mary Elizabeth. She had an orthopaedic surgery on the 23rd March 2016. At the first place, I was happy to learn from my family that she was admitted in your hospital, which is one of the best for orthopaedic and trauma care in the country.  Although my entire family was impressed by your staff team, my family wanted to give a special mention about the efforts of your PRO’s in the post-operation ICU. Their patient friendly approach helped my mother to stay in good spirits; they allayed my family’s anxiety with their timely response and kind words when she was in the post operation ICU. My family wish to thank them for their exemplary work. I can’t describe how much my family was relieved to see my mother back to normalcy within a short span of time. Once again, I warmly appreciate your service. I hope your hospital would continue its high quality professional service and stand to its reputation forever.
