Respected Dr. Mohandas sir,
I’m Dr. Ram Mohan MBBS, M.S (Ortho) from Coimbatore i have sent this mail to thank
you & your team in MIOT for saving my father’s life. My father Dr. Marimuthu (Anesthetist from Coimbatore) met with an accident on Se 14/ 2015 & sustained bilateral rib fractures with ARDS & was initially admitted in KOVAI MEDICAL CENTRE & HOSPITAL COIMBATORE. HE WAS IN ICU AT COIMBATORE & he was on ventilator for 3 weeks there was minimal / no progress in his health. I spoke to Dr. AJITH BR through some contacts about my father’s status & i explained him the difficulty in his progress. DR.AJITH BR suggested me to shift my father to MIOT & he told me that MIOT would be the only hospital which can save my father’s life.

I shifted & air lifted my father (with ventilator support) to MIOT on Oct 9^th 2015 by an AIR AMBULANCE ALL THE WAY FROM COIMBATORE to Chennai & Dr. AJITH BR & his team was waiting for us in the airport for hours together to receive us. Once my father was received by Dr. Ajith we had a big relief & hope that MIOT will save my father. I was surprised by the way ICU is maintained & next day i met Dr. Nisith & i spoke to him. I was more than happy with the assurance Dr. Nisith & Dr. Ajith gave me & within a couple of days my father was out of ventilator & was on oxygen mask & within a week he was out of all infections. The care Dr. Nisith & Dr. Ajith gave us was tremendous & excellent & even the other consultants were very polite & helpful. I have not seen this kind of STATE OF ART ICU IN MY LIFE & the sterility protocols in MIOT are on par with any other hospital in abroad. I did my arthroplasty fellowship in Belgium & even there i have not seen an ICU like this first time when i entered the ICU during visiting hours i was surprised seeing the infrastructure which was beyond my expectations & the nursing care was excellent & needed investigations were done within 10 minutes.

IT IS BECAUSE OF YOUR HOSPITAL & INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS , MY FATHER IS BACK TODAY
IM MORE THAN HAPPY THAT WE HAVE A HOSPITAL LIKE MIOT IN SOUTH INDIA WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS & PROTOCOL ….ITS BECAUSE OF MIOT I HAD AN OPPURTUNITY TO SAVE MY FATHER .

I need to thank your PRO’s Ms. MEGHALA & MS. VINOTHITHA FOR THER HOSPITALITY & CARE. My family couldn’t meet you & chief to express our gratitude in person. Thank you very much FOR ESTABLISHING SUCH A WONDERFUL HOSPITAL WITH DEDICATED TEAM & PROVIDING INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS. YOUR HARD WORK ALL THESE YEARS HAS GIVEN MY FATHER LIFE AGAIN. THANK YOU SIR.
