At the outset I wish to extend my extreme gratitude and respects to yourself for your kind indulgence and keen interest you have taken in bringing my father, Shri KV Veera Raghavan to shape, in such a short record time.

One is extreme professional competence and the other is humaneness, both virtues that you have so very well imbibed, over the years, has shown up in my brief interaction with yourself, we shall for ever remain grateful to you.

May I take this opportunity to also compliment the wonderful team you have in place at MIOT, they truly symbolise what values you stand for.

Dr Abdul Khadir, Dr Veena Harikrishnan, Dr Shruti, Dr Jacob, the entire staff in the CICU, the attendants, well it was a pleasure and privilege to interact with such great human beings. We are blessed that we have such great medical facilities in our country.

The standards of cleanliness, the good food in the canteen, the lobby, car parking facilities and the entire ecosystem seemed to be working in resonance, that is what one values all the time, not very common in our country.

Once again sir, please convey my gratitude and respects to yourself and your team as well as to the management for such a wonderful service. Even if one pays for a service, one is not assured the best, here it is really value for money an time.

The dedication inspires me. My particular thanks to Dr Sayeeda, Dr Shruti, Dr Veena, Dr Jacob with whom I have interacted and those unknown personalities who make up for such a fine place where one exudes confidence of well being and prosperity.
