Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to inform you that I have admitted in MIOT hospitals on 28/10/2018 due to brain blood clot. I underwent surgery on 30/10/2018 and discharged on 30/11/18. During my stay at hospital the overall care by doctors and nursing staff were very good. They have taken all necessary care to retrieve my health. Dr. Raghunathan who has done surgery was very nice and explained each and every step of my surgery. He has given me the confidence that I will return to normal within few days of surgery. He was very patience to explain each and very query & I spent before him. During review he has explained all aspects of surgery and the care I should take in my remaining life.

Over all everybody in the hospital were well behaved and motivated confidence in me to restore my health. Once again I should say that the all staff were very cooperative and the treatment undergone were good.
