Past events at MIOT

MIOT’s Department of Laboratory Services has integrated the Vitek®️ MS Prime and Maestria middleware into its Microbiology division. Inaugurated by Dr. Prithvi Mohandas, Managing Director, MIOT International, this new-generation automated identification system is coupled with a central software tool for workflow management. It helps identify a wide variety of microorganisms, including bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycobacteria, in less than 10 minutes post-culture growth, thus reducing the turnaround time from hours/days to minutes.
