The Department’s facilities enable a complete evaluation of the eye, right from eye examination to check vision to refraction, muscle balance and slit-lamp examination, applanation tonometry and detailed retina evaluation with indirect ophthalmoscopy.

A number of eye problems are related to other medical conditions, such as diabetes and autoimmune or thyroid disease. In such cases, our ophthalmologists, who are expert eye care specialists, work with doctors from the concerned departments to diagnose, treat and manage the underlying disease as well.
